Hazel Wolf Community Discussion

Hazel Wolf K-8 School: Thanks to everyone who was able to participate in our Community Discussion on May 2! The comments and the questions we received from the community were so helpful!

Ms. Nelsen provided an update about anticipated changes for next year and discussed lessons learned from the threats of violence made in our middle school earlier this year. Our PTSA has taken the feedback from the community to make sure the next budget reflects our priorities.

Thanks to the board for helping facilitate small group conversations and Kim Steffensmeier for hosting the event. We will soon be sharing the powerpoint slides along with a small survey to assure all caregiver voices are heard.

2023 Hazel Wolf Direct Appeal Campaign

Our goal for the Hazel Wolf K-8 2023 Direct Appeal campaign is $75,000, which is equivalent to the proceeds of our typical auction. To reach our goal, we are asking each family to donate $125 per student (or just $10.50/month) in honor of Hazel Wolf’s 125th Birthday on March 10th.
