Starting Monday, November 3, students can join our after-school String Ensemble—a fun and inspiring way to explore music beyond the classroom. Led by the amazing Heather Jacobs, a Certified Music Improvisation Teacher, this program helps young musicians strengthen their skills while discovering the joy of playing together.

📅 Mondays, 3:30–4:30 PM

👧 Open to 5th–8th graders
💲 5 classes for $75 + tax

The Winter Clothing & Ski Swap is this Saturday, November 1! This event is open to the public, so invite your friends and family!

📍 Hazel Wolf Cafetorium

🛍️ Shop gently used & new winter gear — coats, boots, rainwear, skis/snowboards & more for all ages!

💸 Sell your gently used gear on consignment (you keep 60%!)
Final Drop-off Dates: Oct. 28, 30, 31 from 3–6pm (Main Entrance)

🙋‍♀️ Volunteers needed to help with drop-offs, setup, sales, or cleanup. This event depends on community support, please consider volunteering.

PTSA General Session, Oct. 23

Join us on Thursday, October 23 from 6:30pm-8:00pm in the Library. This in-person meeting is open to all and a great way to stay connected with what’s happening in our community! October’s meeting includes updates from the Principal and PTSA, a preview of upcoming events, and budget approval. Dinner and Childcare will be provided.

Fall Harvest Festival, Oct. 25

The Fall Harvest Festival is this Saturday, October 25 from 12pm-2pm in the Cafetorium. Celebrate the season with tricks, treats, games, and spooky surprises. There will be refreshments and food available for purchase. Costumes encouraged! 

We still need volunteers to sell food and beverages and run the the game and activity stations! Sign up to volunteer today!

Winter Clothing and Ski Swap

Consignment drop off starts this week! Drop off your items October 21, 23, 28, 30 and 31 from 3-6pm at the front of the school.

This event depends on community support—please consider volunteering! We especially need help with consignment drop-off. Sign up today!

🛼Hazel Wolf Skate Party: Fun for the Whole Family!

Let the good times roll at our next month’s community event, the Hazel Wolf Community Skate Party!

🗓️ Friday, November 14
🕔 5 PM – 7 PM
📍 Lynnwood Bowl & Skate
(6210 200th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036)

🎟️ $12 for roller or inline skates
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents are required to stay — and are encouraged to skate too!

⚽Reminder: Seattle Reign Game, Oct. 17

Hazel Wolf Night at the Seattle Reign game is this Friday October 17th at Lumen Field. Game starts at 7pm. For each ticket purchased, $3 will go directly to the Hazel Wolf PTSA! Purchase discounted tickets.

Get your family winter-ready and support Hazel Wolf K‑8! Join us for our Winter Clothing & Ski Swap on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 11am-4pm in the Hazel Wolf cafetorium.

This event is open to the public. Please share with friends and family!

🛍️ What You’ll Find:

  • Gently used winter coats, boots, rain gear, and ski/snowboard equipment for adults and children
  • Brand new gear from Dusty’s Ski Shop
  • Awesome deals for the whole family

💸 Want to Sell?

Consign your gently used winter gear — you keep 60%, and 40% goes to PTSA programs. Consignment drop-off dates: October 21, 23, 28, 30 and 31 from 3pm – 6 pm in front of the main school entrance
