Don’t Forget: BBQ Smith PTSA Fundraiser is Today, April 24!

Today, Wednesday, April 24, from 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (or until they run out of food – whichever happens first!), BBQ Smith will host a fundraiser with 20% of proceeds going back to our PTSA! Dine-in, take-out or walk it over to Maple Leaf Park and picnic with friends. BBQ Smith is so excited to host us that they’ll have a collection bin at the restaurant where they’ll match up to $200 in donations! Make sure to mention you are with the Wolf Pack!

Save the Date for the Mini Golf Open on May 18!

Plan to join us on Saturday, May 18 for Hazel Wolf K-8’s first-ever Mini Golf Open!

The Mini Golf Open is a chance for individuals or teams in our community to design and build a mini golf hole that they will set up at Hazel Wolf’s outdoor space for the community to play. Building will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by the chance to play from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Anyone can build—it doesn’t have to be complicated or extravagant. (Visit for ideas and
inspiration.) Our goal for this event is 9 holes, but we’d love 18! Sign up today by contacting Debi Backstrom by May 3 at

Anyone in our community is welcome to play the course! This is a family event for our students, staff and the greater community.
