The Hazel Wolf K-8 9th annual coat drive is underway!
Information for Coat Recipients:
If you would like your child to receive a NEW winter coat with assistance from the
coat drive, please fill out the Coat Request Form and return the completed form to your child’s teacher or to the Front Office by Friday, October 27 in the Coat Request form return box. All information will be kept confidential. Coat Request forms are available for download or can be picked up in the front office on the counter next to the Coat Request return box.
Information for Coat Donors:
After all coat request forms are received, an email announcement will go out asking for volunteers to purchase coats. If you are able to sponsor a child, please email
Kathi Lefebvre-Marcinek (Kathi.Lefebvre@gmail.com) and you will be sent a coat request. Please put “Coat Drive” in the subject line of the email. To make coat shopping easy, size, color preference and gender information will be included in the request.
All donated coats must be NEW. To ensure quick distribution, please drop off new coats in the front office ASAP after you get your request information. Please write the request number that Kathi gives you on the purchase receipt for the coat and leave the purchase receipt in the pocket of the coat.
