Additional copies of the procurement forms are available for download on the auction website. Remember: All donations need to be turned in by Friday, March 10, 2017. Please bring all donations and forms into the office.
We hope that every Hazel Wolf family will procure at least two to three donations with a minimum $30 value for the auction. However, we encourage families to procure as many items as they want. The more items we have, the more money we raise for Hazel Wolf! The auction proceeds make up approximately 75% of the PTSA yearly budget.
Still looking for ideas of what to donate? Here are a couple more:
- Condo or cabin. How about the family cabin? Is there a weekend or week you know that you could donate? Or maybe that condo in Hawaii? Maybe a friend would love to donate to our school. Ask around and you would be surprised at what people are willing to do.
- Behind-the-scenes adventure. Can you or someone you know arrange a factory tour, “Veterinarian for a Day,” an inside look at a TV or radio station, or some other occupational experience that may seem very exciting to an adult or child? BTS adventures have been hot tickets at the auction in the past.
And don’t forget the WINE for the very popular wine grab and on the night of the auction we need DESSERTS for the Dessert Dash!
