Thanks to Hazel Wolf Dad Matt Pressnall for sharing this opportunity with us!
Is your daughter in 3rd, 4th or 5th Grade this school year? If so, Girl Scout Troop 680 has a great opportunity for your daughter and her DAD! Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place. Through a myriad of enriching experiences, including three yearly camping trips, community service projects, and environmental stewardship, girls and their Dads have a great time while learning and spending time together.
(KIRO did a great story about the troop that you can find online.)
Although Girl Scout Troop 680 is predominantly a father-daughter troop, we recognize that some fathers may not be able to participate in some or all meetings and activities, so many of our girls participate with their mothers or another adult family member. The troop is open to girls in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades from all schools in the NE cluster.
If you’re interested in joining Troop 680 this fall, please contact Bruce Phillips at jointroop680@gmail.com. Membership is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. A waitlist will be established if there is more interest than capacity.
Sign up now to secure a spot. We look forward to seeing you and your daughter in Girl Scouts.
